Birth to age 3 are the most important years in a child‘s development, and 80% of brain development occurs during this golden period. New Progress Learning Centre integrates the best pieces from each educational philosophy to plan for individual learning program for each infant or toddler according to individual‘s skill level, needs, interests and progress. Our mission is to nurture children’s motivation to learn through play, and to facilitate children to reach their full potential in all developmental areas at their own pace.
